People should be able to prove who they are once, keep their own details, and let an AI agent do the admin without handing their life over to it. Institutions should be able to trust the applications that arrive, whoever, or whatever, sends them.
For 20 years the internet has kept bots out. Now AI agents are starting to apply, book and file for people, and institutions can't tell spam from an agent acting for a real person. Mayfain is the trust layer between people, their AI agents and the institutions they deal with.
We're starting with Dublin letting agents, because renting is where repeating yourself and chasing paperwork hurt most, and letting agents are paid when the job gets done. Then we follow the person: broadband, insurance, mortgages and public services.
Who we are
Mayfain is two founders, Matthew and Sai, students at DCU and UCD. We're building it in Dublin during Pressure Cooker at Dublin AI Week 2026, and piloting it with Dublin letting agents. Our mission: bring people, and the businesses they rely on, into the agentic age.
