Privacy notice

We're finalising this notice before the pilot handles any applicant's data. This page says plainly what the website collects today.

Contact and sign-up forms. The founding-partner and register-interest forms ask for your name, email and, for agencies, your agency, role and phone number. We use them only to reply to you about Mayfain. Where the form can't save your details, it opens your own email app instead and nothing is stored by the website. We don't add you to a mailing list.

No tracking. The public website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts.

The full notice will cover who we are and how to contact us, what we collect and why, the identity check and your choice about the face match, how our AI provider is used, who we share data with, where it is stored, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
